We take the documentation and machine data your machines record and import that information into an agriculture based accounting program. This software is able to take your machine data and convert that into input usage and cost. We take every aspect of that operation into account. Labor, fuel, grain cart, transportation etc. are all logged and accounted for. All this information (that you are already recording) can be used to give you a complete financial view of every single field you tend. If you are renting ground that is a looser every single year, don't rent it, or find another crop that may make it useful. We can also track different scenarios for crop rotations, machine purchases, input passes etc. The list literally goes on forever. Every thing you do can be measured. Anything you can measure you can improve upon.

We provide over the phone consulting on a daily basis with your org. If you are getting ready to hook up the planter, tillage tool, etc just shoot us a text or call and we can hop on remote display access (RDA) and assist you over the phone making sure all your settings are correct. If there are any issues, we can go to the diagnostics page and help you see what sensors or issues you have. When in the field we do the exact same thing, RDA and make sure the settings are correct and troubleshoot issues on your equipment.

No! Not at all. The way we operate anyone can use our service and operate the machine as it should be. We cover all the steps to make sure your operation and documentation are done exactly as they should be.

All of our organizations get a one on one consultation to see what your goals are and after we establish that we can set pricing. Not everyone needs the same service which also means we can customize your plan to you. In ALL circumstances we are cheaper than an on staff employee.

This is also not an issue. We can utilize Case IH AFS software to analyze your data. We can also send you files over the air to enter into the machine in multiple different ways.

We have offices in Georgia and North Carolina. We have the ability assist farms all up and down the east coast or all over the continental US. If you have a wireless or cellular signal we can help. If there is a need for us to come to your farm that is done free of charge.
